With short times between August and September 2015, at the gates of an extraordinary oil campaign (the best with that of 2007 in my management), we have succeeded into redo the flooring and replace the old equipment with efficient machinery and a particular attention to the quality; electronic control of the processing temperature of the oil in 3 different points (cylinder oil mill, kneader and separator) for the so-called cold-extraction with a temperature lower than or equal to 27 ° C, Inverter, kneaders management PLC and decanter adapted to work with reduced volumes of pulp dilution water and much more.

Our goal remains the continuous improvement of all our process to achieve more and more good products.

With the oil campaign 2015/2016  it has also started the commercialization of our oil with organic certification marked by the new CALABRIALCUBO label, from now on our unique brand for each food product.
